Like Carrie Bradshaw, but with fewer shoes

Welcome to my blog! As someone who has journaled since the age of 7, I am thrilled to be able to share my thoughts and connect with you in this space. I always wanted to be a writer in some capacity. I love language and tend to be a pretty decent speller. I was actually my 9th grade Spelling Bee Champ, won with the word “facsimile”, quite the technological advancement at that time. (I’ve always had suspicions that the guy who lost on that word threw it to me). Expressing myself through writing is a joy of mine. I am a Life Coach helping people dissolve limiting beliefs around money in order to achieve their goals. Money is a fascinating topic to me, as it tends to tap into our beliefs about our worthiness – and I am here for that conversation as I have struggled in my life around this topic, so I get it. (See Spelling Bee fears). Money is energy, and that means we need to be aware of our own vibe around it. More about that later, but for now, thank you for reading. The way we do one thing is the way we do everything! And speaking of journaling, if you’re not someone who regularly jots down your thoughts, consider it a great tool for increasing your awareness and observing patterns in your life. It can also be very satisfying when creating goals for yourself to track your progress, and most importantly, your thoughts about your progress.
